As a Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation, you will help clients address complex business challenges by shaping strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and driving execution against critical priorities. This role is suited for professionals who can manage workstreams, coach teams, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environmentExperience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendationsExperience working directly with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, issue resolution, and execution alignmentAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Master's degree in business administration, public policy, cybersecurity, information systems, finance, economics, or a related fieldDeep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirementsExperience supporting business development, proposal development, or practice development activitiesExperience with enterprise transformation, cost reduction, operating model redesign, or growth initiativesExperience with Cyber Mergers and Acquisitions diligence, sign to close, carveouts and Integrations expertise and supportRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, or comparable credentialsExperience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams or project phasesExperience in structured problem-solving, financial analysis, and executive storytellingExperience serving clients in large, matrixed organizations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
