As a Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation, you will help clients address complex business challenges by shaping strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and driving execution against critical priorities. This role is suited for professionals who can manage workstreams, coach teams, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will work across functions to support growth, operational improvement, and enterprise change while contributing to high-quality client delivery and practice development.

Responsibilities

  • Leading project workstreams that support enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives
  • Managing teams in the development of analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives
  • Overseeing the creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables used for decision-making and implementation planning
  • Driving collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues
  • Supporting business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environment
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, issue resolution, and execution alignment
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business administration, public policy, cybersecurity, information systems, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting business development, proposal development, or practice development activities
  • Experience with enterprise transformation, cost reduction, operating model redesign, or growth initiatives
  • Experience with Cyber Mergers and Acquisitions diligence, sign to close, carveouts and Integrations expertise and support
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, or comparable credentials
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams or project phases
  • Experience in structured problem-solving, financial analysis, and executive storytelling
  • Experience serving clients in large, matrixed organizations

Pay

The wage range for this role is $134,500 to $265,100. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs; it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range.

Benefits

You may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program's rules, whereby an award, if any, depends on individual and organizational performance.
