Cyber Security - Engineering Lead

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Cyber Security - Engineering Lead to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security telemetry using Azure Sentinel and AWS GuardDuty
• Design and implement identity solutions emphasizing least-privilege and zero-trust principles
• Deploy and maintain cloud security tools for regulatory compliance enforcement
• Secure cloud networking and data encryption across major cloud platforms
• Implement security controls within CI/CD pipelines for automation
• Develop AI-driven internal security tools to enhance innovation and efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity or cloud security engineering, with experience in AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Expertise in zero-trust architecture and cloud container security like Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficient in vulnerability management and data protection in multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and cloud-native threat models
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP) are preferred

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
