Cyber Resiliency Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of critical systems and networks within the organization. Overseeing incident response and developing strategies to mitigate cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Lead incident response teams to manage and resolve security incidents
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system security measures
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
• CISSP certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Qualifications

• Experience with threat intelligence gathering and analysis
• Knowledge of network architecture and design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
