About the role

The Cyber Resiliency Manager role is being offered by Lockheed Martin - Rotary Mission Systems, a division of Lockheed Martin Corporation. This position is open due to a collaboration between Lockheed Martin and Lockheed Martin.

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Metrics and technology roadmaps, ensuring Cyber capabilities are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Provide accurately and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs.
  • Standardize and consistently apply Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Ensure tight program coordination, providing expertise in technical development and responding to proposal efforts.
  • Standardize processes, methods, techniques, and tools for Cyber Resiliency across programs.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs.
  • Implement cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or equivalent lead experiences.
  • Proven success building collaborative customer, team, and partner relationships.
  • Experience supporting Cyber Resiliency programs and/or contract scope as a Technical Lead, Architect, Project Manager, or Proposal Lead.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years related professional experience.
  • Qualified candidate must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

Schedule

This position is a 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week schedule.
