Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Senior Manager / Associate Vice President, Engineering Management

Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management on the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for:

• Driving Oracle Cyber pursuits
• Advising clients on Oracle-focused cyber solutions
• Providing technical leadership across strategic engagements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services
• Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality
• Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends
• Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance
• Experience advising clients on the implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Experience leading client pursuits and proposal development for technology services opportunities
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience developing thought leadership content related to Oracle technologies
• Experience leading training or enablement for junior practitioners
• Experience managing multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations
