Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Senior Manager / Associate Vice President, Engineering Management

Responsibilities

• Drive Oracle Cyber pursuits
• Advising clients on Oracle-focused cyber solutions
• Provide technical leadership across strategic engagements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services
• Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality
• Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends
• Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance
• Experience advising clients on the implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies
• Experience leading client pursuits and proposal development for technology services opportunities
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience developing thought leadership content related to Oracle technologies
• Experience leading training or enablement for junior practitioners
• Experience managing multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations

Pay

The wage range for this role is $163,400 to $322,100, taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

Based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve, you may be required to travel 50% on average.
