We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is an overview: "At Two Six Technologies, we build..." That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "Overview Of Opportunity" then description. Could be "About the role". We'll include that as prose under

About the role

. Then responsibilities: bullet list under "What You Will Do". Those are duties. So

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Then qualifications: "Minimum Qualifications" includes Education & Experience, Clearance, Domain Knowledge, Project & Communication Skills, Mobility. Also "Nice To Have" items. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. Probably "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications, "Qualifications" for nice-to-have? Or "Skills" for skills. Let's think. We have "Minimum Qualifications" with subpoints: Education & Experience, Clearance, Domain Knowledge, Project & Communication Skills, Mobility. Those are requirements. Then "Nice To Have" list: Completion of JCOPC or JACWC, Experience with Agile/DevOps using Atlassian tools, Strong interagency relationship-building experience. Those could be under "Skills" or "Qualifications". Since they are nice-to-have qualifications, we could put them under "Qualifications". But we also have a separate "Skills" heading maybe for skillsets like project management, communication. However we already have Project & Communication Skills under Minimum Qualifications. Could treat that as Skills. Simplify: Use "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications (Education & Experience, Clearance, Domain Knowledge, Project & Communication Skills, Mobility). Use "Qualifications" for nice-to-have (JCOPC, Agile/DevOps, interagency relationship-building). Use "Skills" maybe not needed if we already covered. But we could also include a Skills section for things like "Strong project management background with exceptional written and verbal communication skills". However that's already in Minimum Qualifications. Might be redundant. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we have benefits described: medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, tuition assistance and professional development. Also salary range $132,000 - $195,000 USD. So we have Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule: not mentioned except willingness to travel up to 25% locally and nationally, and must be local to DC/Meade Metro area and willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site. That's schedule info: work up to 4 days/week at customer site. So we can include Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to extract content precisely, preserving all substantive info, not inventing. Let's extract About the role: The overview paragraph(s) before "Overview Of Opportunity". Actually the text: "At Two Six Technologies, we build, deploy, and implement innovative products that solve the world’s most complex challenges today. Through unrivaled collaboration and unwavering trust, we push the boundaries of what’s possible to empower our team and support our customers in building a safer global future. Overview Of Opportunity Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Planner to join our Cyber Mission team. In this role, you will serve as a core strategist integrating capabilities into operational plans for military and interagency partners. You will leverage a deep understanding of the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) organizational structure, Joint Operational Planning execution, and offensive/defensive cyber strategies to develop actionable operational concepts. This is an opportunity to work alongside motivated engineers and operators to shape cyber strategy and make critical contributions that directly impact our nation’s warfighters. The work requires an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Polygraph preferred). The candidate must be local to the DC/Meade Metro area and willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site." We need to preserve all that. However note that the clearance and location/mobility info also appear later in Minimum Qualifications. We should not duplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication if it's in the original. But we should avoid repeating same info unnecessarily? It didn't say to deduplicate. It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we can keep it where it appears. However we might end up duplicating clearance info in both About the role and Requirements. That's okay as it's present in original. But we might want to avoid duplication to keep concise but not required. However "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication may make sections thin? Not sure. I'd keep it once under Requirements (since it's a qualification). The About the role could be just the company overview and role description without repeating clearance etc. But the original includes that sentence in the overview. If we omit it, we are removing substantive information. So we must keep it somewhere. We could keep it in About the role, and not repeat in Requirements (but then we lose that info in Requirements). However Requirements also needs to contain that info because it's a qualification. If we omit from Requirements, we lose that info there. But the requirement is still present in About the role, so overall we preserved it. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; does not require each piece to be in a specific section. So we can keep it only in About the role and not duplicate. That's fine. Thus we need to decide where to place each piece. Let's parse sections: - Company overview: first two sentences about Two Six Technologies mission. - Overview Of Opportunity: description of role, core strategist, etc. - The work requires an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Polygraph preferred). The candidate must be local to the DC/Meade Metro area and willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site. That's part of overview. Then "What You Will Do" list. Then "Minimum Qualifications" with subpoints. Then "Nice To Have". Then benefits description. Then salary range. Then other promotional stuff (Check out opportunities, Candidate Journey, News page, Contact, EEO, etc.) which we must remove as boilerplate/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we strip those. Thus final HTML will include:

    About the role

At Two Six Technologies, we build, deploy, and implement innovative products that solve the world’s most complex challenges today. The candidate must be local to the DC/Meade Metro area and willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Operational Planning: Lead and support the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) to integrate cyber capabilities into broader campaign plans, operation orders (OPORDs), and execution orders (EXORDs).
    • Mission Alignment: Collaborate with CMF units, combatant commands, and interagency stakeholders to translate operational requirements into detailed cyber concepts of operations (CONOPs).
    • Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and operational commanders to ensure capabilities match tactical and strategic mission objectives.
    • Targeting & Capability Integration: Evaluate adversary vulnerabilities and friendly capability sets to advise leadership on optimal operational timing, risk mitigation, and target selection.
    • Briefings & Strategy: Draft high-level strategic documents and present operational plans to senior military leadership, government agencies, and coalition partners.
    • Customer Relationships: Represent and promote Two Six Technologies in customer engagements and explore expansion opportunities. This includes building a relationship with the U.S. Cyber Command customer to:Understand their requirements;Understand how our product and service offerings can meet those requirements;Help the customer meet their mission goals using our products and services
Note: The last bullet includes colon and list separated by semicolons. We'll keep as is. Then Requirements (mandatory qualifications):

    Requirements

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Operational Studies, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of direct experience in joint operational planning or cyber mission planning.
    • Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) with SCI Eligibility; ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
    • Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM operational structure, Joint Publication 3-12 (Joint Cyberspace Operations), CNE/CNO constructs, and authority frameworks.
    • Project & Communication Skills: Strong project management background with exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive/senior military briefings.
    • Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 25% locally and nationally.
Note: The mobility also includes willingness to work up to 4 days/week at customer site? That was in overview; we already included that. But we could also add it under Requirements as part of mobility. However we already have that sentence in About the role. To avoid duplication, we could keep it only in About the role. But the mobility bullet currently says "Willingness to travel up to 25% locally and nationally." The original also includes "The candidate must be local to the DC/Meade Metro area and willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site." That's not travel but local presence. We could add another bullet under Requirements: "Local to the DC/Meade Metro area; willing to work up to 4 days/week at the customer site." However that duplicates info from About the role. To preserve all info, we need to include it somewhere. Since we already have it in About the role, we could omit duplicate. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not necessarily duplicate. So it's okay to have it only once. However the mobility bullet currently only mentions travel; we lost the local presence and 4 days/week. If we keep only in About the role, we still have that info. So we keep About the role containing that sentence. Then mobility bullet only about travel. That's fine. Now Qualifications (nice-to-have):

    Qualifications

    • Completion of Joint Cyber Operations Planners Course (JCOPC) or Joint Advanced Cyber Warfare Course (JACWC).
    • Experience with Agile and DevOps workflows, using Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) for operational tracking.
    • Strong interagency relationship-building experience with a self-starter mindset.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, tuition assistance and professional development.

    Now Pay:

    Pay

    Salary Range $132,000
