About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Operations Lead to serve as primary liaison between critical personnel and mission counterparts to ensure seamless coordination and mission alignment for a technical program within our IC customer space. As the Cyber Operations Lead, you will be responsible for mission daily cyber-defense tasks and operational tempo, work directly with customers, mission partners and internal staff to solve mission challenges, and maintain a cyber-tasking skills matrix to ensure team readiness to support dynamic threat environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between critical personnel and mission counterparts to ensure seamless coordination and mission alignment for a technical program within the IC customer space.
Responsible for mission daily cyber-defense tasks and operational tempo.
Work directly with customers, mission partners and internal staff to solve mission challenges.
Maintain cyber-tasking skills matrix and ensure team readiness to support dynamic threat environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical, computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity field.
8+ years of relevant program technical experience, with 5+ years within the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in an Engineering or Technical field (preferred).

Skills

CISSP, CISM, CCISO, GCDS, Sec+, CYSA or equivalent certification.
Experience working with customers and mission partners.
Extensive cyber defense tasking experience.

Pay

Full‑time salary range: $149603 - $254317. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications including skills, education, and experience.
