About the role

The Cyber Event Planner is responsible for organizing and executing high-profile cybersecurity events, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed event plans including logistics, budgeting, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event services.
• Ensure all events comply with legal and ethical guidelines in cybersecurity.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at events to educate attendees on cybersecurity topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or event planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
