Cyber Consultant

About the role

As a Cyber Consultant, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting enterprise-scale security and identity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration projects from Okta to Entra ID, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
• Assess and implement authentication methods, federation patterns, and provisioning integrations across enterprise applications.
• Develop and communicate migration strategies, providing technical solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Automate deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform within CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze dependencies, document current environments, and support planning activities for migration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) supporting large-scale security initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience with Okta-to-Entra ID migration programs and automation using Terraform.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating architecture documents, process flows, and decision logs.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are highly desirable.

$70 to $90 per hour (W2)
