Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, reciprocity initiatives, and continuous monitoring strategies.
- Providing guidance on zero trust planning, identity, segmentation, encryption, and secure access patterns.
- Advise on incident response processes, vulnerability management, and security operations improvements.
- Integrate security into DevSecOp development pipelines and acquisition planning.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and briefs for reporting to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
- Experience advising executive leadership on cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management for complex enterprises.
- Experience with security frameworks and concepts (e.g., RMF, NIST CSF/800-53, zero trust, identity and access management).
- Experience improving ATO processes and promoting reciprocity.
- Experience developing security policies/standards and implementation guidance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing incident response planning, vulnerability management, and security monitoring concepts.
- Experience integrating cybersecurity into acquisition and system engineering (security-by-design DevSecOps).
- Experience briefing senior leaders and coordinating across multiple organizations.
Pay
$160,200 - $195,800 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation
- KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
