Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to all phases of product design, from distilling research and ideation to prototyping, final specification, and implementation.
- Drive a unified user experience by collaborating effectively with colleagues, business leaders, and technology partners, adapting to organizational changes as they occur.
- Advocate for human-centered design principles within digital development processes and across stakeholder groups.
- Partner with design leads to define and enhance product design and experience, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure creative thinking is consistently applied to product, business, and customer needs, meeting committed timeframes.
- Champion best practices to achieve a cohesive “One Experience and Design” standard across the organization.
- Define and apply user-centric design measurement criteria and conduct testing to ensure positive user experience outcomes.
- Develop and document product design standards and patterns systemically across various products.
- Collaborate on process improvements and tool implementation to optimize design workflows.
- Cultivate and maintain continuous customer relationships, identifying and leveraging UX and design opportunities.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of a global enterprise, adapting your approach to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing products.
- A dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products.
- Proven experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes.
- Strong product design skills and practical application of human-centered design methods that balance user needs with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and develop holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystems.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and human interface guidelines for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and connected platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in sketching, concept creation, wireframing, producing information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows, along with creating clickable rapid design prototypes.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate for design decisions.
- A vibrant and engaging communicator capable of presenting complex concepts and ideas to all levels of the company.

Pay
Compensation Range: $70-75/hour, depending on experience.
