About the role

This professional will drive forward initiatives on behalf of the EVP, and simultaneously extend the effectiveness of the EVP and the organization by creating connections across product teams, communicating consistently, building trust across the organization, prioritizing areas for investment, and assisting key leaders in achieving focus within their teams.

Responsibilities

  • Align products and services with leaders across the CX org.
  • Lead within a matrixed operating model across teams to bring together product analysts and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Drive thought leadership and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Lead key operational initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
  • Manage strategic initiatives from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
  • Help support CX strategy for Workday and support EVP in defining, articulating, and altering strategy in accordance with company-wide objectives.
  • Conduct research for key projects, including, but not limited to, investment opportunities, M&A opportunities, technology processes, and overall business improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
  • Advise other leaders on overall strategy direction, presentations and initiatives.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Partner with EVP of CX on key organizational changes, leadership alignment, and process improvements in order to ensure vision and strategy are enabled.
  • Serve as representative for EVP in various meetings, and forums as appropriate.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, materials, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting at MBB/Big 4 Consulting firms.
  • AI tool literacy and hands-on application (ex. Claude, Cursor) a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising on successful strategies for complex initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of the functions in CX.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
