The SLA Analysis Group’s mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans, and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery, and sustainment decisions. The group provides thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced programming languages to model CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) effects applied to air operations.
• Develop frameworks for incorporating scientific data, testing results, and other inputs.
• Characterize environmental factors and operational risk to personnel and operations through model outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years’ experience with military operations analysis and/or CWMD (Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction) modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, C++, and Visual Basic within DoD analytic environments.
• Recent experience with AF (Air Force) and DoD counterproliferation and CWMD programs.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) and sub-compartment eligibility, and the ability to maintain these throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience conducting CWMD / CBRN operational analysis.
• 5 years’ experience within DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency) or Service CWMD staff organization.

Pay

Salary range: USD $170,000.00/Yr. - USD $190,000.00/Yr.
