(CW) ServiceNow Technical Analyst (TEMPORARY)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, supporting strategic platform initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow and demonstrate strong business analysis capabilities, including the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and enhancements.
• Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and business service requests.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Aid in testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow platform team and other IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Analyst or Administrator.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM) preferred.
• Experience in enterprise environments or strategic platform initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools preferred.
