We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission statement at start: "How would you like to work in a place where your contributions and ideas are valued? ..." That's like an intro. Could be "About the role" or "About Wellstar". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for responsibilities (Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions, Job Responsibilities, Education and Engagement). We have qualifications: Required Minimum Education, Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s), Additional License(s) And Certification(s), Required Minimum Experience, Required Minimum Skills. Also maybe "Job Summary". We can combine into sections: About the role (intro + mission + Work Shift Day?), Responsibilities, Qualifications (education, licensure, experience, skills). Possibly also "Job Summary" as part of About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to include all details. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
      . Also qualifications list maybe
        . Use

for prose. We need to include Work Shift Day? The posting says "Work Shift Day (United States of America)". That's metadata; maybe we can put in a short

under About the role. Let's extract content: Intro paragraph: "How would you like to work in a place where your contributions and ideas are valued? A place where you can serve with compassion, pursue excellence and honor every voice? At Wellstar, our mission is simple, yet powerful: to enhance the health and well-being of every person we serve. We are proud to have become a shining example of what's possible when the brightest professionals dedicate themselves to making a difference in the healthcare industry, and in people's lives." Then "Work Shift Day (United States of America)" maybe just a line. Then "Job Summary The CVOR Surgical Technologist is an allied health professional who is an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing cardiac surgical care to patients. The Surgical technologist works under the supervision of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the surgical procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Demonstrates expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique, as well as combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures." Then "Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions" with many bullet-like sentences. We'll convert each sentence into

      • . Then "Quality and Patient Safety" also responsibilities. Then "Job Responsibilities, Education and Engagement" includes bullet-like sentences. Then "Required Minimum Education" etc. We need to avoid duplication: Some sentences repeated? We'll keep all. We must not include boilerplate like "Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct." That's substantive? It's a requirement; we can keep. We must not include "Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful work—and enjoy a more rewarding life. Connect with the most integrated health system in Georgia, and start a future that gives you more." That's marketing but substantive? It's not a requirement; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's a call to action. Might be considered application instruction? It's not explicit instruction to apply. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role. But we must remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Required" appears many times. We'll keep each bullet. We'll structure:

        About the role

Intro paragraph + Work Shift Day line + Job Summary paragraph + final motivational paragraph maybe.

        Responsibilities

        • ... each responsibility sentence ...
We need to split responsibilities into logical groups? Could keep all together. Then

        Qualifications

        • Education: High school graduate from an accredited program or GED from an accredited program. In lieu of a graduate of an accredited/approved program in surgical technology, may have Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from the state of Georgia, military training or work experience as an operating room technologist.
        • Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support, Certified Surgical First Assist or Cert Surgical Tech or Tech in Surgery - Certified (all required upon hire unless otherwise stated).
        • Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Cardiac Operating Room experience; competent in functioning independently in the scrub role in multiple complex cardiovascular procedures and in life saving situations; competent with scrubbing interventional radiology procedures for hybrid OR cases; First Assist Experience Preferred.

We might also include "Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct." as a qualification or responsibility? Could be under Qualifications as a bullet. We must not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections because not present. We must not include placeholder text. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive details: Let's extract all sentences from the posting. I'll copy the text and parse.
