About the Role
A CVOR Registered Nurse provides leadership in delivering professional nursing care, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality patient care through nursing processes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure effective care delivery
- Implement and document interventions accurately
- Provide patient and family education
- Respond to call shifts and participate in weekend rotations within proximity to the facility
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of nursing or CVOR/OR experience
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national certification in specialty preferred
- Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills
