CVICU Clinical Nurse Nights

This role involves providing direct patient care in a critical care setting, requiring assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities include: promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, ensuring patient safety, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.Participating in professional development and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience. Current RN licensure is essential. Skills and attributes: Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely and alertness are mandatory.
