Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor furnace equipment according to established procedures and production requirements.
- Load and unload materials while ensuring proper handling and product traceability.
- Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times, and process parameters to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or process deviations.
- Complete production records, process documentation, and quality checks accurately.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve operational goals.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop/assigned area.
- Adhere to all company rules and safety policies.
Skills & Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a mechanical or industrial environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
- May perform other duties as required.
Shift
Work Hours: 2nd (3:00PM to 11:15PM)
