CVD Equipment Technician

About the role
As a CVD equipment technician, you will perform activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. You will carry out preventative maintenance on CVD equipment, recover equipment faults, monitor daily equipment processes and trends, and respond to interlocks in a timely manner. You will document and communicate material from tool interruptions to the Process team to ensure correct measurement and disposition. You will interact with the Shift Supervisor in scheduling PMs, delivering ETAs for tool recovery, and documenting/following standard operating procedures during PM execution. A high energy level with a focus on Quality and detail is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP
- Troubleshoot equipment failures
- Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals
- Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance
- Correct and generate SOPs when required
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
- 300mm AMAT Producer or Ultima maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting AMAT equipment
- High volume fabrication experience
- Expertise on AMAT robots is highly preferred
- Experience with LFM set up on AMAT tools preferred
- Ability to follow SOP
Schedule
C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays
Pay
The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50/hour - $55.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
