CV Invasive Specialist - Cath Lab

Responsibilities

• Assists in the cath lab delivering care to patients pre, during and post procedure.
• Aids physicians and Certified Vascular Technicians (CVTs) in performing procedures including catheterizations, interventions, electrophysiology, and implants.
• Implements patient care; documents patient assessments and the flow of the procedure.
• Identifies and reports situations that require intervention and communicates patient care goals and plans.
• Affirms patient rights and ensures their safety throughout the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Enrolled in a CVIS program or have two years of progressive clinical experience in a hospital, including roles such as scrub tech, respiratory therapy, radiology technology, echocardiography, or similar.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for remote work on site.
• Requires constant supervision.
