Responsibilities

• Perform detailed repairs on a variety of fabric items, ensuring quality and durability.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and sergers safely and efficiently.
• Identify and assess damage to items, determining the best repair methods.
• Select appropriate materials and threads for each repair job.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repair orders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sewing, upholstery, or a related craft.
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and sergers.
• Ability to read and interpret repair diagrams or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Basic understanding of fabric types and their properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
