Responsibilities

• Build cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
• Prepare all prep associated with products according to given recipes and daily pars.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Answer, report, and follow instructions from the General Manager (GM) or Kitchen Manager (KM).

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Pay

Wage: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus pooled tips after a probationary period (approximately $4 to $6 per hour).
