Customs Specialist
About the role
We're looking for a Customs Specialist to help build our Customs team. You will be responsible for the quality of data from client and supplier through to Flexport's Customs team, entering commercial product information with speed, consistency and accuracy, refining and expanding processes to optimize data onboarding and delivery, demonstrating high attention to detail and value accuracy, and ensuring quality control on international shipment documents.
Requirements
- A BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- A selfless mindset willing to work in the nitty gritty of the freight and logistics industry to deliver for our clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Next-level attention to detail and follow-through
Pay
The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits): $23.50 - $23.50 USD. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position in the posting's respective region. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
