Customs Entry Writer

Your Tasks

• Making U.S. Customs entries and ISF filings under U.S. Customs laws.
• Digitally preparing and filing all required documentation for goods to clear U.S. Customs.
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA reporting requirements by reviewing and organizing incoming documents.
• Troubleshooting issues preventing cargo release.

Your Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customs regulations and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, global trade environment.
• Importance placed on quality service and satisfied customers, both internal and external.
• At least three to five years of experience as a Customs Entry Writer.
• Additional Customs certifications (CCS, LCB) are welcome but not required.
• Experience using netCHB is a plus.
• Helpful knowledge of German or Spanish, though not mandatory.
