Key responsibilities

  • Oversee quotation and cost control
  • Manage bonded inventory for OEM processes
  • Maintain compliance standards
  • Conduct FTZ compliance audits
  • Classify products using HS codes
  • Process equipment import/export clearance
  • Manage material import/finished goods export clearance
  • Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions
  • Cook logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport
  • Manage bonded inventory records
  • Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs
  • Process payments to brokers/forwarders

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
  • 1+ years customs experience in manufacturing (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokers
