Customs Compliance Engineer(A Group MLB._.SCM)-Houston,TX
Key responsibilities
- Oversee quotation and cost control
- Manage bonded inventory for OEM processes
- Maintain compliance standards
- Conduct FTZ compliance audits
- Classify products using HS codes
- Process equipment import/export clearance
- Manage material import/finished goods export clearance
- Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions
- Cook logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport
- Manage bonded inventory records
- Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs
- Process payments to brokers/forwarders
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- 1+ years customs experience in manufacturing (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokers
