About the role
The Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT) team plays a critical role in delivering end-to-end customs brokerage services that keep global supply chains moving efficiently and compliantly. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Verify completeness and accuracy of customer onboarding documentation and commercial records
- Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies to ensure timely release and delivery
- Perform accurate data entry for entry filing, tariff classifications, and inspection records
- Maintain shipment clearance status and manage issue escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Generate and track delivery forms, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for entry submission accuracy and timeliness
- Support Customer Service escalations related to cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with origin and destination logistics teams to resolve shipment issues end-to-end
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
- Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
- 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling complex, high-value shipments

Salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
