About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, collaboration, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues related to networking, collaboration tools, and cybersecurity.
- Manage and maintain data centers and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement best practices for data center operations and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or data center management.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with server management, virtualization, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
