What You Will Do
- Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot equipment and product issues
- Conduct customer training sessions and technical demonstrations
- Identify and recommend product and process improvements
- Support new product launches and customer development initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits and service activities
Skills Needed for Success
- Strong technical and mechanical background to support shrink bags in protein market
- Knowledge of product insertion, vacuum, sealing, and shrink
- Hands-on experience with equipment: vacuum packagers, clipping machines, and shrink tunnels
- Knowledge of temperature, time, vacuum, and handling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years experience
