Responsibilities
- Handle customer service queries via email — tracking numbers, FAQs, refunds, and general support — responding accurately within 24 hours
- Manage supply chain coordination: ensure orders ship on time, flag issues or delays, and liaise directly with suppliers
- Update daily reporting sheets
- Contribute to and help improve our internal documentation and support processes
Requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer and team interactions
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer support
- Available to work UK business hours
- Able to start within 1–2 weeks
- Available for approximately 14 hours per week initially, increasing gradually as we scale
- Experience in customer support is important, but what matters most to us is finding someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in handling operational issues to a high standard
