Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service queries via email — tracking numbers, FAQs, refunds, and general support — responding accurately within 24 hours
  • Manage supply chain coordination: ensure orders ship on time, flag issues or delays, and liaise directly with suppliers
  • Update daily reporting sheets
  • Contribute to and help improve our internal documentation and support processes

Requirements

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer and team interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer support
  • Available to work UK business hours
  • Able to start within 1–2 weeks
  • Available for approximately 14 hours per week initially, increasing gradually as we scale
  • Experience in customer support is important, but what matters most to us is finding someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in handling operational issues to a high standard
