Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

SSA & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of client service as the first point of contact for client enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through email, phone, and our support portal with the utmost professionalism.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems to the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to ensure alignment on client communication and issue resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and help build our knowledge base.
• Gather and synthesise client feedback to share with internal teams for service enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or client services role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, articulate, and friendly demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and calmly under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software.
• A client-centric mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
• The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-discipline in a remote setting.
• A high degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
