Summary The Customer Support Specialist reviews and addresses questions related to Flood Zone Determination, Elevation Certificate, and Letters of Map Change orders, and supports the day-to-day operations of each product offering. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve flood zone determination disputes; educate clients on the decision.Produce evidence to support company decisions on completed flood determinations and disputes.Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone.Initiate customer phone calls for new elevation certificate orders. Education And/Or Experience A 4 year college degree preferred.Experience with FEMA mapping and/or flood zone determinations preferred.
