About the Team

The Customer Support team at Rippling ensures customers have a seamless experience with our Finance, HR, and IT platform. We provide expert guidance and swift resolutions to technical challenges, supporting businesses across various time zones. Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert, maintaining high-level knowledge to assist customers and colleagues accurately.
  • Own customer issues from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing.
  • Resolve product or service issues by understanding complaints, determining causes, and explaining solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company’s CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve products and services.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information.
  • Work under time constraints and meet schedules, including unexpected deadlines, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-4 years of customer support experience in the US benefits domain.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting SaaS products with attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Currently reside in a Pacific or Mountain timezone state with availability to work a shift between 9 AM and 6 PM PST.

Pay

The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the following ranges based on location:

  • Tier 2: $23.49 per hour
  • Tier 3: $22.19 per hour

This role includes competitive benefits and equity.
