Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Urban Park Services is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can bring disciplined follow-through to customer resolution across remote back-office support for parking and vehicle-assistance field operations, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care.

The day-to-day standard is customer support specialized execution within parking service operations, with confirmed facts separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000-$60,000 per year.
