About the role
Foundever is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting customers of a well-known lending company, offering assistance with lending questions and needs, and becoming a leader in all lending-related inquiries. You will use a popular communication platform for real-time collaboration, ensuring you're always equipped with the latest information.
Location Requirements
Must live within the commuting range and be able to work in our Orem site at 545 East University Parkway, Orem, UT.

What We Are Looking For
- Legal ability to work in the US
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work various full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check
