Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of OEM and manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Production, and Engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and to improve overall service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and communicate this information to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for other customer support staff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on OEM.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing process and an understanding of OEM is essential.

Pay

$60,000 per year
