Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for customers, owning interactions from start to finish
- Provide high-quality support across all contact channels with clear, accurate, and personable communication
- Develop and maintain thorough product and system knowledge to guide customers to optimal solutions
- Exercise sound judgment in complex or sensitive situations, escalating appropriately while maintaining accountability
- Maintain accuracy and discretion when handling customers’ financial information
- Collaborate with peers, share knowledge, and support cross-training efforts to enhance team performance
- Consistently meet and exceed performance standards
- Contribute to improving the customer experience by sharing insights and feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, call centers, financial services, or fast-paced professional environments (e.g., executive assistance, office management, retail, hospitality, healthcare administration, education, or operations)
- High level of personal accountability and ownership over work
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex customer issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to support other teams and take on additional responsibilities
