Customer Support Representatives

TargED Biopharmaceuticals B.V. is a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing targeted therapies for thrombotic and cardiovascular diseases. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding our company's services and products.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently by clarifying details, determining the cause of the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
• Maintain meticulous customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Adhere to all company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage time effectively.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Pay

$30,000 - $35,000 per annum
