Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Preferred: prior call center or customer service experience
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish/English
- Preferred: familiarity with phone or computer support environments
Pay
USD 11 - USD 13 hourly
