About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, resolving payment and account-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Process payments and manage account balances accurately
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
