Responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, resolving payment and account-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Process payments and manage account balances accurately
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
