About the role
The Centralized Leasing Consultant serves as the live point of contact for prospective residents across a portfolio of multifamily communities when the EliseAI virtual leasing agent hands off a conversation. Working from the corporate contact center, this position is responsible for handling escalated leasing conversations primarily by phone, as well as by email, text message, and chat within the EliseAI platform. The Centralized Leasing Consultant guides prospective residents through the leasing journey by providing property information, qualifying prospects, scheduling tours, following up on leads, supporting the application process, and helping achieve occupancy goals. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities while delivering a consistent and professional experience for every prospect.
