Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer requirements
- Review and process customer repair orders
- Receive parts into Operating System
- Generate work orders based on customer requirements
- Evaluate and coordinate product exchange applications
- Maintain customer database records
- Coordinate activities and scheduling
The Ideal Candidate
- Offers 3 years’ experience supporting a complex product line or service with direct customer interface/support/internal sales experience
- Experience in the Aerospace industry
- Knowledge of standard Aerospace MRO processes
- Computer skills including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
- Self-directed and cooperative in team efforts
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to meeting demanding and/or conflicting deadlines
