Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer requirements
  • Review and process customer repair orders
  • Receive parts into Operating System
  • Generate work orders based on customer requirements
  • Evaluate and coordinate product exchange applications
  • Maintain customer database records
  • Coordinate activities and scheduling

The Ideal Candidate

  • Offers 3 years’ experience supporting a complex product line or service with direct customer interface/support/internal sales experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of standard Aerospace MRO processes
  • Computer skills including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Self-directed and cooperative in team efforts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accustomed to meeting demanding and/or conflicting deadlines
