We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
Hours
Monday-Friday 8-4:30p
Pay
$18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person communication
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting
- Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system)
- Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
- Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy

Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
