Customer Support Representative

About the role

Driven Brands is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our 1-800 Radiator brand in Benicia, CA (hybrid schedule). You will help customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services, communicate via phone or email, document interactions, and collaborate with the customer service team to develop new strategies.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information
• Handle customer service calls and follow up on customer quotes
• Escalate important customer issues with team members and management
• Perform office administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, data entry)

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Sales experience is an asset
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Schedule

• 5-day workweek between Monday–Saturday, with 1 weekday off
• Monday–Friday in-office, Saturdays remote
• 8-hour shifts with a lunch break, starting between 6:00 AM–9:00 AM
• Equipment provided

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 – $35.60 per hour. Base pay may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types, such as commissions or bonuses, may apply depending on the role.
