Customer Support Representative
About the role
Careerscape is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a hybrid, full-time position based in Orlando, FL, with a customer-focused services company. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and chat — resolving issues and creating great experiences, with the balance of office days and remote days.
Compensation
$40,000–$52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance incentives and full benefits.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues accurately and on time
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the right team
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain individual and team performance targets
What we're looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and problem-solving ability
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced hybrid environment
- Able to work a hybrid schedule from the Orlando office
Nice to have
- Prior customer service or call-center experience
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
