Customer Support Representative

Description Responsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form. Responsibilities Answers incoming Online Sales phone callsPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needsCommunicates with customers in a timely manner order related issuesMakes customers aware of related products when assisting with ordersAssists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyAssists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipmentMaintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all timesPerforms other duties as assigned Requirements Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Good communication skills, friendly, and approachableGeneral knowledge of parts and machineryTeam player with a collaborative attitudeStrong multi-tasking abilityBasic data entry and keyboarding skillsAbility to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applicationForklift operation experience is a plusAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
