Customer Support Engineer
About the role
Works under direction and supervision of Manager and/or Senior CSE. Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly complex KLA equipment at customer sites. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.

Requirements
- ASET, BSEE, or BSEET (Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology)
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or related military service experience
- Working knowledge of digital multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Capable of reading basic wiring diagrams and schematics
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include ASET, BSEE, or BSEET (Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology), or 2 + years of experience in semiconductor or related military service experience. Base Pay Range: $27.46 - $46.69 Per Hour
