About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Traveling with Mchaila. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the travel industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and booking tailored travel itineraries, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field.
• A strong knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, as well as familiarity with popular travel booking software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Manage all aspects of booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements using industry-standard systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, partners, and service providers to secure the best options and rates for clients.
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the travel process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel advisories to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages and special offers.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences to personalize future services and improve overall customer experience.
