About the Opportunity
The Customer Support Agent – Entry Level is responsible for handling inbound interactions for major brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product support. The role requires delivering high-quality customer care using guided systems while maintaining professionalism and brand alignment. It offers schedule flexibility upon certification and suits individuals seeking a stable, structured support position with growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions for various brands
- Assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support
- Use guided systems and resources to ensure accurate and professional service
- Maintain brand alignment and service quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required
- Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments preferred
Pay Range and Compensation Package
USD 11 to USD 13 hourly
